I was the operational anchor for a national Capital Markets platform of more than 300 professionals across 100+ offices, supporting a COO, a President, and later a board of 10 C-suite executives through a leadership transition.
A platform that size runs on visibility and consistency, and both were thin. Leadership needed a reliable read on forecast performance across the country, the CRM was fragmented, and a change in senior leadership meant priorities and reporting had to hold steady while the org shifted underneath them. My job was to be the steady operational layer that kept execution moving and gave leaders something trustworthy to steer by.
Owned the build and the platform-wide move, then trained the national market group to drive adoption, so the migration actually stuck across the organization rather than stalling at rollout.
Developed the dashboards leadership used to track market performance, vertical activity, and productivity, and analyzed projected revenue reports for the U.S. Capital Markets Group, delivering the insight used to track forecast performance and identify national market leaders.
Managed 13 concurrent cross-functional initiatives spanning CRM implementation, KPI reporting, national growth strategy, and a 10 person summer intern program.
Managed the departmental budget and the technology stack, including Green Street, Trepp, Preqin, HubSpot, Buildout, and SharePoint, renegotiating contracts for a 10% cost reduction while holding service levels.
Built and maintained the national staff capabilities map, and ran an annual support-staff gap analysis and biannual training-needs surveys to point development where it was needed.
